The apartment is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. The home can accommodate up to 4 guests, with additional sleeping arrangements provided by a double sofa bed in the living area. The layout is thoughtfully organized across two levels, with the ground floor providing a hallway and dedicated ski storage including ski boot heaters. On the first floor, you will find a cozy living and dining room with a flatscreen TV, a bathroom with a shower and washbasin, and a bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen—complete with a four-ring stove, oven, and fridge-freezer—is available for relaxed cooking evenings.

Step outside onto the spacious balcony to enjoy a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains, an ideal spot for winding down after a long summer day. While the property features a shared garden and an outdoor pool intended for cooling off between June and September, please note that the pool is currently unavailable due to renovation work.

Located just 100 metres from an idyllic forest, the property is a gateway to exploration. Guests can enjoy hiking and visiting regional highlights, including Salzburg (30 km), the Lammerklamm gorge, the Abtenau summer toboggan run, and the scenic Wolfgangsee, Fuschlsee, and Mondsee lakes, all approximately 35 km away.
