Nestled in Brotton, the cottage is just a short 5-minute drive from the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea. This location serves as an excellent base for adventure; you are only minutes away from the beach and the town center's independent shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Visitors can experience the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK to reach the promenade and the iconic 208-metre pier. For those who love the outdoors, the Valley Gardens offer winding paths through woodland and flowers, while the 100-mile Cleveland Way National Trail provides breathtaking coastal views, including a stunning 17.5-mile trek to Sandsend. Additionally, Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough, and the North Yorkshire Moors are all within a 30-minute drive. Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs per stay. To protect the home, guests must either transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00, which covers up to £500.00 of accidental damage.
