The Hemingway Estate offers 14 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. The third level features a primary bridal or executive suite with ocean views and natural light. The second level serves as a primary social hub with a great room, professional kitchen, and a media room that seats 20. The first level includes six bedrooms, a game room, a pool, a hot tub, and a cabana bar.

The Mark Twain Estate provides 18 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms. The ground level features 12 bedrooms with step-free access, a game room, and vendor staging areas. The second level is a dedicated event space with no bedrooms, boasting an oceanfront grand room, catering kitchen, and a 100-inch TV theater seating 12. The top level hosts six premium suites with ensuite bathrooms and ocean views.
