For additional flexibility, there is a bonus room den area upstairs equipped with a queen-sized bed, providing a versatile extra space for guests.

Step outside into a private and serene backyard, a true sanctuary surrounded by producing fruit trees. This outdoor oasis is designed for lounging and entertainment, featuring a hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, and an oversized swing, all beautifully illuminated under the lights.

Situated in a wonderful downtown location, guests are just minutes away from local coffee shops, restaurants, and plentiful outdoor activities. For those looking to explore further, the beautiful city of San Francisco is only a one-hour drive away.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Quiet Hours: Strictly enforced by the City of Santa Rosa from 9pm to 8am daily
• Noise Policy: No amplified outdoor noise is permitted at any time
• Parking: Limited due to the downtown location; includes 1 on-site spot (best for small vehicles) and 1 undesignated street spot
• Vehicle Limit: Maximum of 2 cars allowed for overnight guests per permit
• Guest Capacity: 4 overnight guests maximum; maximum of 2 daytime guests allowed (8am to 9pm)
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (up to two) with a non-refundable pet fee; however, cats cannot be accommodated due to severe family allergies
• Safety: Ring cameras are positioned at exits, including the driveway, front door, and backyard
