This oceanfront condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, soft linens, and a TV, while the second bedroom offers two double beds and a TV, making it ideal for families or friends. The interior is completed by a cozy living area with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen for dining in, and the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. For those working remotely or planning their itinerary, the space includes a dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Mandatory Resort Fee: 1–14 nights: $40/day; 15–29 nights: $35/day; 30+ nights: $30/day (plus tax). This covers two beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels.
• Security Deposit: $250 refundable deposit due at check-in via credit card.
• Valet Parking (Optional): $35/day (1–7 days), $30/day (8+ days). Large vehicles are $110 per night.
• House Rules: No pets allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Loud music and parties are strictly forbidden. At least one guest must be 21+ years old. Guest registration with photo IDs is required 24 hours prior to arrival.
• Note: Washcloths are not provided. A starter kit of supplies is available for the first day.
