Our vacation rental permit depends on full compliance with local regulations. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment, respect our neighbors, and preserve this home for future guests.

NO STREET PARKING

Absolutely NO street parking at any time, including temporary parking, loading, unloading, or short-term stops. The City of Encinitas may impose fines of up to $3,000 for parking violations. Guest vehicles must be parked only in the designated on-site parking area. On-site parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the front driveway. QUIET HOURS & NOISE

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times. No yelling, shouting, excessive noise, amplified music, or disruptive behavior. Please keep conversations, music, and outdoor activities at a respectful volume throughout the day. All groups and outdoor noise must move indoors by 8:30 PM. After 9:00 PM, all noise must be kept indoors and at a respectful volume. Excessive noise at any time of day is prohibited. NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR LARGE GATHERINGS

No parties, events, receptions, celebrations, large gatherings, or unauthorized visitors. Occupancy limits must be observed at all times. Violations may result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund. RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS

Please respect our neighbors’ privacy, peace, and quiet enjoyment of their homes. No cursing, yelling, shouting, amplified sound, or disruptive behavior. Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully both on the property and in the surrounding neighborhood. NO SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

TRASH & RECYCLING

Please place all trash and recycling bins out as instructed for collection. Trash and recycling bins should be placed at the curb on Sunday evening. If you are still staying at the property, please return all bins to their designated storage location by Tuesday morning. When placing trash cans outside or through the back gate, please make sure they do not block or interfere with the neighboring property. VIOLATIONS & PENALTIES

Failure to follow these House Rules may result in:

Responsibility for applicable fines, citations, or penalties resulting from guest violations. City of Encinitas fines, which may be as high as $3,000 for certain violations.
