Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Enjoy early check-in or late check-out free of charge if there's no same-day turnover. Please notify us 36 hours in advance during business hours. Our office is closed on weekends and holidays (emergencies only), so for weekend/holiday requests, please confirm timing at least 1 business day prior. Last-minute late check-out requests (within 24 hours) cannot be accommodated and will incur a $50 fee.

Pet Policy: We are pet-friendly with strict cleaning protocols. Guests with allergies should be mindful that we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all pet hair and cannot be held liable for any allergy attacks that may occur.

Visitors & Guests • Please do not share the property's access codes with anyone who is not registered on your reservation. • If you plan to have a visitor, please let the Host know in advance and provide their full name and phone number. Any overnight guest must be added to the reservation through Airbnb before arrival. • Visitors may not receive keys, access codes, fobs, or independent access to the apartment or building. • Visitors must remain with the registered guest at all times while on the property. • Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors and for any damage, excessive mess, disturbance, or house rule violations they may cause. • Visitors who do not follow the house rules may be asked to leave the property. • Unauthorized visitors, unregistered overnight guests, or sharing of access codes may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the house rules and/or Airbnb policies.

Optional Housekeeping: Light cleaning services are available upon request for a discounted fee, with 48 hours' notice to guarantee availability.

Baby Items: Baby high chairs and portable Pack and Plays are available upon request with 48 hours' notice.

Additional Amenities: An air mattresses is available upon request with at least 48 hours' notice.

Occupancy: This apartment accommodates up to 2 people at the listed rates. Additional guests incur a fee of $65 per guest per night, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Children under 3 years old are not considered additional guests but should be included in the booking for proper preparation.

Quiet Hours: Please note the quiet hours are 23:00 – 07:00.

Peaceful Enjoyment: We request that guests refrain from hosting parties, events, or large business meetings in the home without prior written consent. This ensures a peaceful environment for all residents in the home and neighborhood.

Prior Approval for Events: Should you wish to host a small gathering, kindly seek our approval beforehand. This allows us to manage guest expectations and potential noise concerns. Guests who hold parties will be asked to leave and will be charged $400 per hour for the duration of the event.

Meeting & Conference Fee: Business meetings and conferences require prior consent and are subject to an additional fee of $250 per hour. This fee helps cover any additional wear and tear associated with extended use of the space for professional purposes.

No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces only. Guests violating this rule may incur deep cleaning fees, starting at $300.

Pet Fee: We allow up to 2 pets / service animals with prior written notice. An additional cleaning fee of $100 per pet applies for guests bringing pets or service animals. This helps maintain the property in pristine condition for all future visitors.

Shoes: We kindly request that no shoes be worn inside the house, especially on carpets.

Mid-Stay Cleaning Fee: For stays longer than two weeks, a mid-stay cleaning fee of $75 applies. This service helps maintain a fresh and comfortable space, with our cleaner changing bed sheets, dusting, and tidying up. Regular upkeep ensures a pleasant stay and helps prevent any unexpected deep cleaning fees at checkout.
