The double bedroom is particularly spacious, featuring two en-suite bathrooms and accommodating up to 4 guests. To enhance the experience, the bedrooms are built as suites around a beautiful garden filled with colored tropical plants, and each features its own terrace with views of the garden, pool, or ocean. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and an independent electric water heater.

While the property is vast, the common areas are thoughtfully designed to accommodate numerous groups comfortably. Guests can enjoy a large living room, a spacious dining room, and a front patio with internal parking. • Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Guest Capacity: The base daily tariff is for 16 guests. Each additional guest starting from the 17th is subject to an extra fee of 25 USD per night.
• Pets: Pet-friendly with a 50 USD fee per pet (maximum 3 pets, size restrictions apply). Please inform the host in advance.
• Noise Policy: Loud noise and music are strictly prohibited after 10:30 PM to respect the community. Non-compliance may result in a 200 USD fine.
• Events: Allowed for a maximum of 60 adults and children. Events incur an additional fee of 2,000 USD plus tax and a separate cleaning fee if not handled by event planners.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old to book.
• Cleaning: Daily cleaning of common areas is included in the rent.
