Come together in the vibrant and historic Arts District of Columbus! This centrally-located retreat is the perfect home base for a short weekend trip or a cozy monthly stay, offering a blend of historic charm and modern convenience.

This inviting space is designed for two guests, featuring 1 bedroom with a comfy queen bed and 1 bathroom. For additional flexibility, the spacious living room includes a pull-out couch.

Inside, you will find a home filled with character, from the beautiful hardwood floors to the unique collection of 8 Beatles records on vinyl souvenirs—just throw one on and spread the love! The open kitchen concept is fully equipped for your meal prep needs with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking essentials including pots, pans, spatulas, and knives. Start your morning with a fresh pot of coffee from the coffee pot or a mindful pour-over. For entertainment, the living room features a 50" Smart TV with Roku. Central AC and heat ensure the environment remains comfortable regardless of the weather outside.

Located in the heart of the Arts District, the property is just 500ft from High St and fantastic tacos. Most of the city's most desirable locations are within walking distance, though guests can easily use the bus, Uber, or Lyft to explore further. Please note that because it is located near a busy road, there can be some noise at night.

• Access: Easy and convenient entry via a digital lock

Parking Details: Guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the apartment lot directly in front of the unit (the first 2 spaces in front of the brown fence). Please do not park in the 3 spaces to the right, as these are unauthorized and subject to towing. Additionally, metered parking is available on N High St, or 3-hour free parking on the corner from 9am-4pm and 6pm-10pm. For stays of 2+ nights, a daily parking pass for the "SNB" permit zone can be purchased for $3 via the ParkColumbus app.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund applies for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
