Guests can start their morning with a fresh brew from the coffee pot or pour-over. To ensure a relaxing stay regardless of the season, the loft is equipped with central AC and heat.

Located as the second-floor unit in a triplex building, the loft offers a private entrance on the ground level. While the unit is tucked away nicely, please note that the building is located on a fairly busy street, so some traffic noise is to be expected.

Location and Neighborhood: The loft's prime location allows you to drop your bags and take a short 5-minute walk to the best bars, restaurants, and shops in the Arts District. Most of the city's most desirable locations are within walking distance, though guests can easily utilize the local bus system or ride-share services like Uber and Lyft to explore farther reaches of Columbus.

• Access: Easy and convenient entry via a digital lock

• Parking: Available in the apartment lot directly in front of the unit on a first-come, first-served basis (first 2 spaces in front of the brown fence). Strictly avoid the 3 spaces to the right of these, as unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Additional options include metered parking on N High St or 3-hour free parking on the corner (9am-4pm, 6pm-10pm). For stays of 2+ nights, a daily parking pass for the "SNB" permit zone can be purchased via the ParkColumbus app for $3.
• Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and check-in is at least 14 days away. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds within 7 days of check-in.
