• Event Space Only: This booking is for the event space and does not include overnight lodging or indoor space unless upgraded.
• Booking Minimum: 5-hour minimum booking, which includes 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup.
• Check-in: 5:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Requirements: All guests must upload identification via the provided link after confirmation to unlock entry codes and WiFi.
• Insurance & Fees: A mandatory $40 cleaning fee is charged at booking. Proof of insurance ($120) and a signed waiver are required prior to arrival. Ticketed events require a $400 refundable fee.
• Guest Policy: Please include all adults, children ages 2+, and vendors/staff in your total guest count to ensure occupancy limits are respected.
