For additional guests, the first floor offers a full size sleeper sofa, allowing the home to accommodate up to 4 guests. The layout includes one full bathroom on the first floor and a convenient half bath upstairs.

The welcoming interior is finished with upscale furnishings, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances, while a 32" TV provides entertainment during your downtime. Outside, guests can enjoy kayaking in the serene tidal marsh creek that meanders inland toward a Conservation Preserve.
