Your door code will activate automatically at 4:00 PM. . Smoking Fine is $300 plus damages taken out of security deposit. During Spring break and Summer times we have 5 to 7 night minimums starting on a Saturday. Please email for details or exceptions. -Please email for details You MUST report all damaged and/or broken items through airbnb portal immediately upon your arrival or you forfeit all or some of your deposit. Missing wristbands and or tram pass are charged $25 each and will be taken out of security deposit. If there is any damage in excess of the security deposit, you are agree to coordinate with airbnb to cover payment. After reserving the condo, we will email you a rental agreement. Failure to send the completed “Vacation Rental Agreement” back will result in not getting access to the condo and forfeiting the amount paid. By booking with Airbnb, you and all in your party agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
