The home is thoughtfully arranged across two levels to accommodate up to 5 guests. The first floor features an open kitchen and dining area, a comfortable living room with a TV, a bedroom with a Queen bed, and a hallway bathroom equipped with a shower stall. Moving to the second floor, you will find a private sanctuary accessed via a single doorway at the top of the stairs. This level contains two adjoining bedrooms, each furnished with a Double bed, and a second hallway bathroom featuring a classic claw foot tub.

While the structured amenity list is minimal, this historic cottage provides several essential comforts for a relaxing stay:

To ensure the preservation of this historic property, please adhere to the following house rules: Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property. We are pet-friendly, though we limit guests to dogs only, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles. Short stays are available with a three-night minimum, bookable within two weeks of arrival. Please note that a basic Starter Kit is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, and small bar soaps); guests are asked to bring or purchase additional supplies for the duration of their visit.
