The ground floor features a cozy living room complete with a fireplace and seating area, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, and a full bathroom including a bathtub and shower. Upstairs, you will find three additional spacious bedrooms (ranging from 20–25m²) and a second bathroom. In total, the property offers 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests across 2 bathrooms.

Stepping inside, guests are greeted by a wonderful pine scent and a special atmosphere created by antique furniture, a traditional tiled stove, and a modern pellet stove. The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen, which features a large corner bench for gathering and is equipped with both a wood-burning stove and modern appliances.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. The fenced garden is a safe haven for children and an ideal space for guests traveling with dogs. A dedicated playground ensures children's enjoyment, while garden furniture and a BBQ area allow for relaxing afternoons in the fresh Tyrolean air.
