Designed for a peaceful weekend retreat, the layout features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The space is thoughtfully equipped for your convenience, featuring a Smart TV for your favorite streaming apps (please bring your own passwords, as there is no cable) and a Pelican 8-can cooler to make packing for the beach or pool a breeze.

While the condo offers a cozy private retreat, you have full access to fantastic community features:

Located in a building with rich history—formerly known as The Texan, the primary hotel for MTV Spring Break in the 80s and early 90s—the location is absolutely perfect. You are just 3/4 of a mile from the Boardwalk. Along your walk north, you'll find popular spots like Landshark Grille, Crabby's, The Fountain Tiki Hut, and Ocean Deck. For groceries and breakfast shops, a short drive south provides everything you need. While Uber and Lyft are available, having a vehicle is suggested for exploring the nearby Space Coast beach towns.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: One parking pass is provided per condo; only one vehicle is allowed. The pass must be hung from the rearview mirror as parking is heavily monitored.
• Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking permitted inside. Glass is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
• Agreements: Booking constitutes an auto-agreement to the Rental Agreement, including all policies, fees, and house rules.
• Early Check-in: Available upon request and subject to availability; fees apply and must be approved in advance.
