The main house features three bedrooms, including a master suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, a youthful kids' bunk room with bunk beds and a single bed, and a garden-facing room with a king bed, trundle bed, and a dedicated desk for remote work. For a more private escape, the separate studio bedroom offers a king-size bed, full bathroom, and a large desk, with sliding doors opening to a west-facing terrace and a roof deck perfect for stargazing to the sound of crashing waves.

Common areas are designed for connection. The open-plan living space includes a cozy sitting area with Balinese furniture and a massive single-piece wood dining table that seats 12. A dedicated game room provides entertainment with a large flat-screen TV and beanbags. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge featuring an icemaker, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a Berkey water filter.

Outdoor living is central to the experience. A covered patio with ceiling fans leads to a saltwater pool with built-in stools. Above the pool, the covered rancho serves as the heart of the home, featuring four comfy chairs facing the ocean, a charcoal Weber BBQ grill, two beverage refrigerators, and access to the laundry room. Lush gardens surround the home, often attracting local monkeys, parrots, and iguanas.
