The residence is designed for group comfort with 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, accommodating up to 9 guests across 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom featuring 3 single beds—perfect for children—complete with an ensuite bathroom and toilet. The first floor houses two bedrooms with double beds (160x200) and one bedroom with 2 single beds, served by a large shower room and a separate toilet.

Inside, the home boasts a large living room with a TV and seating for six, alongside an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The layout is designed for relaxation, featuring air conditioning on both floors to ensure a cool retreat during the summer months.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, featuring a private, fully fenced garden. Guests can enjoy a covered terrace dining area, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue. A heated swimming pool is available from April/May to September/October, maintaining a standard temperature of 25–28 °C when outdoor temperatures permit.

Located just 3 minutes from the charm of Aubeterre and Poltrot, the home is perfectly positioned on the doorstep of the Périgord and the Bordeaux vineyards. Within 3 km, guests can access the Sunday morning Aubeterre market, bakeries, wine cellars, and local cafés. For adventure, the Aubeterre river beach is only 5 minutes away, offering canoe and kayak hire. Further excursions include visits to Saint-Émilion, Pomerol, and the UNESCO sites of Bordeaux.

Practical details include free Wi-Fi throughout the house and garden, and private parking for up to 3 large cars. Bed linen, towels, and essential household items are provided. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guests are asked to leave the house clean; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of €35/hour applies, though an optional full cleaning package is available for €110. A security deposit validation is required prior to arrival.
