• Policies: No smoking, no parties, and no events
• Pets: Up to 2 house-trained pets are welcome by request (additional $100 fee applies)
• Verification: Guests must complete a verification process including government-issued photo ID, a matching selfie, and a signed rental agreement prior to receiving check-in details
• Note: Driveway access to the carport is extremely tight and may be difficult for larger vehicles. Lawnmower contractors attend every 3-4 weeks on Thursdays after 9am.
