For security and safety purposes most of our properties are equipped with outdoor cameras pointed only on exterior doors.

Accommodation conditions Guest agrees to comply with all rules and regulations set forth in local Laws. Access to the property will only be given to the guest responsible for the booking, therefore they must provide proof of identity on site and have the credit card used when booking in their possession. The guest must behave in a respectful manner and demonstrate good neighborliness by respecting the rights and tranquility of the surrounding owners. Any disturbance likely to disturb them will be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and in the event of a complaint, a penalty of $500 will be immediately imposed. The landlord reserves the right to immediately evict guests at fault without the possibility of reimbursement and will not be legally responsible for finding another place to stay. Curfew hours are from 11pm - 7am. Fireworks are not permitted. The identity and number of guests will be verified during your stay. of $70 per person per day will apply automatically. The residence is non-smoking which includes: cigarette, cigar, cigarillo, vape, shisha, cannabis, etc. In case of default or smell, an automatic penalty penalty of $200 CAD will be imposed.

Before using the hot tub, a shower is required to remove all oils, lotions, creams, make-up and anti-mosquito products. Water must be kept clean and free of bubbles or foam to avoid an automatic surcharge of CAD 200 for drainage, cleaning and filling. The guest agrees not to use the property for illegal or commercial purposes, including, but not limited to, subletting the property or otherwise allowing one or more people to stay above the maximum allowed or if this has not been previously agreed with the owner. The guest is responsible for all costs of breakage or damage (or related costs) inside or outside the property – as well as all additional costs that may result – that would be caused by the guest or any member of the guest's group. The landlord may refuse to allow the guest to enter the property or ask the guest to leave if they reasonably believe that the guest or any member of their group (or any other person invited by the guest to the property) will behave illegally or that damage would be likely to be caused, is caused or will be caused as a result of the behavior of the customer or any member that the customer has invited to the property and this without refunding any payment that the customer has paid for the reservation and the owner will not be legally responsible for finding another place to stay. Parking is limited to the parking areas provided for this purpose. The guest must not organize events (such as parties, celebrations or meetings) in the property without the prior written consent of the landlord. Any of these cases will be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement without the possibility of refunding any payment that the customer has paid for the reservation and the landlord will not be legally responsible for finding another place. The guest must authorize the landlord or their representative (including workers), with reasonable notice, to access the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs to be resolved quickly and you could not be contacted, in these situations, the landlord may enter the property at any time without notice). The customer is obliged not to make any changes to the rented property without the prior written consent of the owner. By accepting these terms and conditions, as acknowledged by the signature below, the customer waives, discharges and agrees to release the owner from any damages or injuries arising out of or relating to the customer's stay in the property, including, without limitation, any accident or injury to the guest, visitors and associates of the guest, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The customer is responsible for the safety of their valuables at all times. 1. The Guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the local laws. The Owner can refuse to allow the Guest into the property or ask the Guest to leave if they reasonably believe the Guest or any member of the Guest's party (or any other person invited by the Guest to the property) are behaving illegally or that any damage is likely to be caused, has been caused or is being caused as a result of the Guest's behavior or any members the Guest has invited to the property and without providing a refund of any payment the Guest has paid for the booking and the Owner will not be legally responsible to find any alternative accommodation. Parking is limited to designated parking areas. The Guest must not hold events (such as parties, celebrations, or meetings) at the property without the Owner's advance written consent. Any of these cases will allow the Owner to terminate the Agreement without providing a refund of any payment the Guest has paid for the booking and the Owner will not be legally responsible to find any alternative accommodation. The Guest must allow the Owner or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs to be sorted out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, the owner can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Guest is obliged not to make any changes to the rented property without prior receipt of the Owner's written agreement. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, as acknowledged by signature below, the Guest waives, discharges and agrees to hold harmless Owner from all damages or injuries arising from or related to the Guest's stay at Property, including without limitation, any accidents or injury to the Guest, Guest's visitors and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The Guest is responsible for keeping their valuables safe at all times. Additional Policies such as Rates and Fees, Check-In/Out Time, Cancellations, Minimum Stay, Maximum Guests allowed, Outdoor fire, Security Deposit etc. will be according to the House rules or the Reservation policies which are provided separately by the Owner.
