Designed for families and groups, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The master suite serves as a private sanctuary with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open directly to the backyard; the ensuite bath includes a separate tub, walk-in shower, his and hers vanities, and a huge walk-in closet. Two additional guest bedrooms are arranged Jack-and-Jill style, with one featuring a queen bed and the other offering two twin beds with a king converter. For added privacy, a separate casita is located in the front courtyard, complete with a queen bed and a full bathroom.

The heart of the home is the well-appointed kitchen, boasting granite counters, double ovens, a glass-top stove, and stainless steel appliances. This space flows into a light-filled great room with a gas fireplace and leather sofas. The formal living area adds further comfort with three plush sofas, including a pullout sofa bed, while the formal dining room features a beautiful dark cherry oversized table.

Step outside into a backyard oasis featuring a heated pebble tech pool with a boulder waterfall. The outdoor living space is designed for relaxation, offering a covered patio with cozy furnishings, a built-in BBQ gas grill and bar, and a separate patio area with a sectional and firepit.

Located in the serene neighborhood of Anthem north of Phoenix, the property provides a quieter atmosphere with fresher air and brighter stars. Guests can explore the nearby outlet mall, visit Lake Pleasant Regional Park, or take a short drive to enjoy the recreation areas of Cave Creek, Downtown Scottsdale, or the enchanting landscapes of Sedona.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets and large gatherings are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property (including marijuana and vapes), with a $1,000 fee for violations. Pool heating is available for $90.00/day plus tax (requires three days' notice to reach 82 degrees in winter). Guests must be at least 25 years old, and all reservations are subject to a background check. A $500 utility deposit is required for stays of 21+ days between May 1st and October 31st.
