The apartment is thoughtfully laid out to accommodate up to 4 guests, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom. For those traveling in larger groups, the space includes a sofa, and reservations for more than 2 guests will include an additional set of linen and towels for this area.

Located on the 13th floor of a building with elevator access, the 47 m² residence provides a superb vantage point of the city. The interior is equipped with modern appliances and a range of essentials to ensure a successful stay. Guests will find the following provided at the start of their visit:

• Bed linen and towels
• Liquid soap and toilet paper
• Washing powder
• Iron and hair dryer
• Cooking items

Please note that slippers, bathrobes, shampoo, and spices are not provided. To maintain the quality of the stay, these amenities are supplied once upon arrival. Additional cleaning services or requests for fresh bedding and towels during your stay are available for an extra charge.

The location is truly unmatched, situated on Koghbatsi street in the very heart of the city center. You are just a 3-minute walk from the iconic Republic Square and Northern Avenue. The neighborhood is vibrant and convenient, with various parks, cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets all within easy walking distance.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Luggage: Please note there are no lockers or luggage storage available on-site. If your travel schedule does not align with the check-in/out times, we recommend booking an additional day.
