This vacation home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the first bedroom, a queen bed in the second, and twin bunk beds (2 twins) in the third bedroom. A comfortable living room provides an inviting space for family downtime, while the fully stocked kitchen ensures easy meal preparation at home.

While the property is minimal on general amenities, it is packed with specific features to enhance your stay:

Booking Minimums for 2026:

• Jan - May 22: 2 nights
• May 22 - June 26: 3 nights
• June 26 - Sept 7: 7 nights (Friday to Friday)
• Sept 7 - End of Sept: 3 nights
• Oct - Dec: 2 nights (3 nights required for Christmas Prelude in early December)

Seabreeze Cottage is part of a two-cottage property, located behind the front unit, Fairview Cottage. While each unit is private, outdoor areas such as the driveway and yard may be shared respectfully with other guests.
