Luna Azul #1 is a bright, comfortable ground-floor 2-bedroom beachfront condo with a private patio. Enjoy sun loungers and excellent snorkeling just steps away.

The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful ocean views, a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath, and a guest bedroom with one double and one single bed plus a private bath.

AC is provided in both bedrooms.

Please note: This area can be affected by sargasso during the summer months.

The space
Off the kitchen is the dining area with seating for five. The living area is two steps down from the main entry / dining area, and faces the water. From the living and dining areas, you can enjoy the view of Half Moon Bay through a wall of windows and sliding doors leading to the beachside patio. This patio is furnished with a hammock, table, and chairs for you to enjoy the breezes and sounds of the surf. To the rear of the unit are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and private with a large master bath and a king bed. The guest bedroom is furnished with one double bed and one single bed and enjoys a private bath. Luna Azul is one of our favorite condominium properties. It has a great central location within walking distance to Akumal's Yal-Ku Lagoon, restaurants, and other services.

Guest access
The condo and grounds are for the exclusive use of the building’s guests. There is no access to the owner's closet, which will be locked, and the laundry is for the use of the maid. There are 2 laundry services in the village.

Other things to note
Maid service is provided. Parking, beach towels, and purified water are provided.

KINDLY NOTE: South winds may bring Sargasso Seaweed to some beaches throughout the Caribbean, including the Rivera Maya. While the situation is hard to predict for each specific week and area, we would like you to be aware as there is the potential to impact the beach and water entry.

The Riviera Maya is full of natural beauty, places to explore and opportunities for outdoor activities. We have a great list of activities and adventures completely unaffected by the arrival of sargasso that we would love to share with you.
