Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the home maintains a strict no-smoking and no-party policy. Guests are asked to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A refundable security deposit is required for longer stays: $500 for reservations between 22 days and 6 months, and $1,000 for stays exceeding 6 months. All guests must complete a verification process and sign a liability agreement after booking.
