• Supplies: A starter kit is provided; however, washcloths are not included.
• Restrictions: Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside and hosting parties carry a $300 fine. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee.
• Important Notice: The building is currently undergoing property improvements. Construction noise may occur during working hours, and all shared common amenities (including the pool, gym, game room, business center, courtyard, and BBQ areas) are strictly unavailable until further notice.
