Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that check-in is available until 5 PM; arrivals after 5 PM can still check in, but fobs and parking tags will be provided the following day. A late check-in fee of $30 applies after 8 PM. A mandatory resort fee of USD 30 per every two adults is required upon arrival for keys and wristbands. On-site parking is available for regular-sized vehicles only (SUVs are not permitted) with a USD 20 refundable deposit and rates varying from USD 100 to USD 175 based on the length of stay. Laundry is available via a prepaid card system (USD 7 card fee plus usage packages).

Additional rules include: no pets allowed, no indoor smoking, and no package deliveries to the address. We kindly ask guests to avoid excessive noise and provide a photo ID for all occupants upon check-in to comply with building security.
