The second floor serves as the heart of the home, containing the living room, a dining area that seats six, and a woodburning fireplace to keep you warm. You will also find a laundry closet and access to the private back porch balcony, where you can enjoy the amazing Flagstaff weather. While the home is equipped with heating for the winter, please note there is no central air conditioning; however, portable AC units are provided for summer comfort.
