Sleeping arrangements include a master suite with direct deck access and a large bunkroom. For entertainment, the home features a cozy loft and a massive game room equipped with a pool table, full poker table set, shuffleboard, foosball, and two arcade games.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, featuring expansive decks, an al-fresco dining area, and a 7-person hot tub. Guests can also enjoy a spacious front porch with a swing bench and cornhole games for recreation.
