This private Catskills retreat features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests. The first bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed with the convenience of an en-suite bathroom. For additional sleeping, a sofa bed is located in the living area. Both full bathrooms include walk-in showers.

Designed for relaxation and adventure, the property boasts several outdoor highlights, including a beautiful gazebo connected by an elevated deck walkway that overlooks the hillside. Guests can enjoy a spacious outdoor deck for lounging and al fresco dining, as well as a private frog pond (not swimmable) and a flowing mountain creek running right through the property. Inside, the bright open living area features a wood stove and comfortable seating, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen and dedicated dining space.

Located in the heart of the Catskills, the home provides easy access to premier fishing spots, hiking trails, kayaking, and skiing. You'll find yourself convenient to local restaurants, breweries, shops, and the charming atmosphere of nearby towns.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Pets: One dog is allowed with prior approval and an additional fee (no cats)
• Parking: Private driveway with on-site parking provided
• Restrictions: No parties, events, ATVs, fireworks, firearms, or hunting
• Note: This is a rural setting with a dirt road and hilly driveway; AWD or 4WD with all-weather tires is recommended from October through April. There is no oven or dishwasher in the kitchen, and firewood for the wood stove is not provided.
