• Parking: Driveway parking for 6-8 vehicles; street parking is not permitted.
• Pets: Up to 2 crate-trained dogs allowed ($125 per stay); no cats. Pets are prohibited in the pool.
• Pool: Heated pool fee is $100/night (3-day notice required). Pool is closed in winter.
• Restrictions: No parties allowed. Guests must be 21 years or older to book.
• Note: The hot tub is currently unavailable and expected by March 2026. 4WD is recommended during winter months.
