Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To ensure a secure stay, Florida law requires a digital guest registration process including ID verification and a selfie; failure to complete this will result in a no-show status with no refund. At least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

House Rules:

• No smoking and no pets allowed inside the property.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
• Homes are for vacation use only and cannot be used as permanent residences.
• Management reserves the right to access the property for maintenance or pest control.

Financials & Supplies:

• Security Deposit: $500 for stays up to 28 nights; $1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
• Pool Heating: Not included in the base rate. Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum). A $50 activation fee applies for same-week requests. Heaters run 12 hours daily (8 AM to 8 PM) and are set to 86 degrees, though actual temperature depends on weather.
• Self-Catering: A small starter kit is provided (3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet). Guests are responsible for all additional supplies.
