The main floor hosts two beautifully decorated primary suites, each with king beds and large private baths; one suite includes a freestanding tub and double sink vanity. The first level provides a versatile bunk room with three twin XL beds and one queen, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a final bedroom featuring a king bed and an ensuite full bath.

Inside, the spacious open floor concept blends seamless flow with high-end finishes. The large gourmet chef's kitchen is a standout, boasting quartz countertops, a 48” gas range with double ovens, a large island, and a sink that overlooks the ocean. For entertainment, the home offers a great room with a dry bar and wine chiller, a sunroom with seating for 12, and a first-level family room with an 85” television and an adjacent game room with a ping pong table.

Outdoor living is centered around the new 18’x30’ saltwater private pool, which is temperature-controlled (heated/cooled for an additional fee) and features a wide tanning ledge. Guests can also relax on the spacious front deck or the rear deck, which is equipped with a grill and fire pit.
