The home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements feature a King Suite with direct deck access, a ceiling fan, and a TV, complemented by an attached bathroom with stone counters and a glass walk-in shower. A second suite offers two twin beds and a ceiling fan, with an attached bathroom featuring a pedestal sink and tiled tub/shower that is also accessible from the hallway. For additional guests, a sleeper sofa is available in the living area.

While the condo itself offers a cozy atmosphere with a living room gas fireplace and a relaxing balcony for your morning coffee, guests also enjoy access to the luxurious amenities of the Echota community. These include:
