The third bedroom provides ample space with 2 queen beds.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all, please adhere to the following house rules: check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property; a $500 fine applies to violations, including on the balcony. Pets are not allowed, and a $500 fee will be charged if pets or remnants are found. Please maintain a quiet environment with no loud noise after 10 PM to avoid a $50 security fee. Additionally, items may not be hung on the balcony ($100 fine), and grilling is prohibited. The minimum rental age is 25 years. Please note that trailers, campers, and RVs are not permitted, and same-day check-in is not allowed. A $500 security deposit is required and released 3 days after checkout. Embassy Suite pools and Splash Park are not included.
