For additional flexibility, the living area includes a convenient sofa bed. The home's open floor plan is highlighted by coastal furnishings, new flooring, and beautiful artwork, all complemented by breathtaking ocean views.

Please note that while multiple pools are available from April through September, they are not heated. Additionally, the Embassy Suite's pool and Splash Park are not included as passes are not available for purchase.

To maintain a family-friendly environment, please adhere to the following rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a strictly non-smoking complex, including all balconies; violations result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Pets are not permitted ($500 fee applies if found). A minimum rental age of 25 is required. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and a $50 fee applies if security is called for loud noise. No grilling, trailers, campers, or RVs are allowed. Same-day check-ins are not permitted, and a $500 security deposit is required.
