To maintain the quality of the home, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited (including the balcony) with a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed ($500 fee if found). Additionally, guests must adhere to the following: no loud noise after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called), no grilling, no trailers, campers, or RVs, and no items may be hung on the balcony ($100 fine). Please bring your own beach towels.
