This home is fully equipped to ensure a seamless stay. Guests can enjoy the following features:

• Minimum rental age: 25 years
• No pets allowed ($500 fee if remnants are found)
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the complex, including balconies (Strict $500 fine and eviction)
• No loud noise after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called)
• No grilling, trailers, campers, or RVs
• Same-day check-in is not allowed
• A $500 security deposit is held; $50 fee for lost pool passes
