Additionally, no motorcycles, trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted. Guests must adhere to a quiet hour policy after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called) and avoid hanging items over the balcony ($100 fine). The minimum rental age is 25 years, with at least half the group being adults. A $500 security hold is required and released 3 days after departure if no damage occurs. Same-day check-in is not allowed.
