This spacious layout is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with two beds, featuring a King bed in the main bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom, along with a convenient sofa pull-out in the living area. Each of the two bathrooms is stocked with soap and essential toiletries to ensure a relaxing stay.

Located within the expansive 145-acre Kingston Resort, the property offers a serene environment filled with beautiful landscaping and winding sidewalks. Guests can explore various walking and biking trails that meander around a series of small lakes, ponds, and the ocean. The beach is a leisurely 10-15 minute walk from the villa, making it easy to enjoy the shoreline.

To maintain the quality of the villa, please adhere to the following practical information and rules. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $500 security deposit is required. This is a strictly non-smoking complex, including balconies; smoking, vaping, cigars, or pipes will result in a $500 fine and eviction. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fee applicable if pet remnants are found. Additional restrictions include a minimum rental age of 25 years, no loud noise after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called), no grilling, no trailers, campers, or RVs, and no same-day check-ins. Please note that the Embassy Suite's pool and Splash Park are not included. All outdoor pools are open April through September and are not heated.
