This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping complex, including balconies; violations result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Additional rules include a minimum rental age of 25, no pets, no grilling, no trailers, campers, or RVs, and a quiet-hours policy starting at 10 PM (a $50 fee applies if security is called). Please note that the Embassy Suite pools, Splash Park, and 78 Fitness are not included. Same-day check-in is not permitted.
