Please be mindful of the following house rules: the minimum rental age is 21 years. A $300 security deposit is required. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited, including on the balcony, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed ($500 fine), and motorcycles, trailers, campers, or RVs are prohibited. To maintain a peaceful environment, loud noise is not permitted after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called). Additionally, grilling is prohibited, items may not be hung on the balcony ($100 fine), and same-day check-ins are not allowed. Please note that Embassy pool and Splash Park access is not included.
