Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your convenience.

The community is designed for exploration, featuring numerous biking and walking trails that meander around the ocean and a series of scenic lakes and ponds.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM via a contact-free door code system. A $500 security deposit is held. Please note that the minimum rental age is 25 years. This is a strictly non-smoking complex, including balconies; smoking, vaping, cigars, or pipes will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fee for any pets or remnants found. Other restrictions include no grilling, no trailers, campers, or RVs, and a strict quiet hour policy after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called). Same-day check-in is not permitted. Note that Embassy Suite pools, the Splash Park, and 78 Fitness are not included. A $50 fee applies for lost pool passes.
