• Strict No Smoking/Vaping policy (including balconies); violation results in a $500 fine and eviction
• No pets allowed ($500 fee if pet remnants are found)
• No loud noise after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called)
• No grilling, trailers, campers, or RVs
• Same day check-in is not permitted
• Please note: Embassy Suite's pool, Splash Park, and 78 Fitness are not included
