Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $500 security deposit is required. The minimum rental age is 25 years (half adults). To maintain the quality of the property, the following restrictions are strictly enforced:

• No smoking or vaping, including on the balcony ($500 fine)
• No pets allowed ($500 fine)
• No loud noise after 10 PM ($50 fine)
• No items may be hung on the balcony ($100 fine)
• No motorcycles, trailers, campers, RVs, or grilling
• Same-day check-in is not permitted
