• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum rental age: 25 years
• Strict Non-Smoking Policy: No cigarettes, vaping, cigars, or pipes including balconies. Fines range from $200 to $500 and may result in eviction.
• No pets allowed ($200-$500 fee if found)
• No loud noise after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called)
• No grilling, trailers, campers, or RVs
• A $500 security deposit is held
• Same day check-in is not allowed
• Note: Embassy Suite pools and Splash Park are not included

Important Maintenance Notice: Roof replacement is scheduled to begin in September and last 16 weeks (weather pending). Work is done in sections every 4 weeks; please expect noise, debris, and a temporary lack of HVAC during your specific section's work period.
