For those who need to stay connected or handle a bit of work during their vacation, the space includes a dedicated work and study desk area. The unit is completed by one bathroom stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

While the structured amenities are limited, the property provides a range of integrated features to ensure a seamless stay:

To maintain the quality of the resort, several house rules are strictly enforced. The complex is entirely non-smoking, including the balconies; detection of cigarettes, vaping, cigars, or pipes will result in a $500 fine and eviction. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fee applied if pets or remnants are found. Additionally, loud noise is prohibited after 10 PM (subject to a $50 fee if security is called). Other restrictions include a prohibition on grilling and the use of trailers, campers, or RVs. The minimum rental age is 21 years.

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM via a contact-free keypad system, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A $300 security deposit is required. Whether you are visiting for a weekend or a longer stay, this oceanfront studio provides a peaceful and secure home base for your Myrtle Beach adventure.
