Whether you are visiting with a large family, a sports team, or a group of close friends, this unique space invites you to set an adventurous agenda or simply do nothing at all.

Finding yourself in the past is easy here. You can open the windows and dance across the stunning old-growth, clearwood floors, or spend a quiet afternoon reading a book and playing games. Formerly a boarding facility for the railroad, the loft offers an eclectic and inviting atmosphere that makes every stay feel like a discovery.

Sleeping Arrangements: This spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping configuration includes 4 beds, with the layout consisting of 2 king-sized beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twin trundle beds, and 2 inflatable beds to ensure everyone has a place to rest.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A 2-night minimum stay is generally required, though holiday and event weekends (such as OSU/U of O Graduation) may require a 3-4 night minimum. Please note that a rental agreement and pre-arrival form must be completed upon booking. Pets are allowed with a $50 'Spoiled Dog' fee per dog for well-behaved pups. For groups larger than two adults, a tiered pricing fee applies per additional guest. Due to the nature of the historic loft, guests are asked to inquire about children, as the space can be dangerous for small ones; however, a baby gate is available to block access to the steps.
