Expect salty air, sunset strolls, and a strong chance of losing track of time in the best way possible. Whether you are here to rinse off the sand and flop onto the couch or enjoy the sweet art of doing absolutely nothing, this is the perfect spot to unwind.

This private retreat is designed for simple, comfy relaxing and is configured to host up to 4 guests. The layout includes:

• 2 Bedrooms
• 2 Beds (1 queen and 1 bunk)
• 1 Bathroom

Inside, you will find a living area dedicated to lounging, snacking, and post-sun recovery. For your convenience, the unit is equipped with Wi-Fi (~25 Mbps), which is great for streaming, scrolling, and checking emails. Please note the kitchen situation: this is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. It provides everything you need for coffee, quick meals, and snack duty, but it does not have a full-size oven or stove, so please save the big holiday cooking projects for another time.

As the first unit of the triplex, Unit A features its own private entrance and includes access to the bottom patio, which is an ideal spot for sea-breeze breaks. Guests also have one dedicated car space. Because this is a triplex, other units may be occupied; please expect normal vacation vibes, including the possibility of seeing or hearing other guests in shared outdoor areas.

Located in Bolivar Peninsula, Texas, you are perfectly positioned for beach days, with the ferry to Galveston nearby if you feel like exploring the area.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed; all visitors must be pre-approved
• Property Care: Please keep the unit reasonably tidy and do not leave food out to avoid attracting local critters
• Restrictions: No illegal activity; no moving of furniture (inside or outside)
• Courtesy: Be mindful of other guests, especially outdoors and at night
• Policies: Damage must be reported ASAP. Irresponsible behavior leading to eviction results in no refund for lost days
• Storm Policy: Full refund for mandatory tropical storm/hurricane evacuations; credits provided for nights lost during a mid-stay evacuation
• Liability: Guests assume all normal risks associated with the property
