This expansive home is configured with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out for large groups: two rooms feature king beds, one room contains 2 full bunks, another has 2 twin bunks, one room offers a full bunk combined with a full bed, and the final room has 2 full beds. For families traveling with little ones, a travel crib and high chair are available.

While the structured amenities are limited, the home's unique room and space details include a fully stocked kitchen and a massive entertainment deck. This outdoor oasis is where the action happens, featuring a 75” TV, a propane grill, a hammock, cornhole, and darts, along with plenty of seating and dining areas for guests to kick back.

Situated in the heart of Bolivar Peninsula, this retreat provides a chill atmosphere just steps away from the coast. Please be aware that Red Mango Retreat is a multi-level home with a lot of stairs; while this design provides the awesome beach views, it may be a consideration for guests with mobility concerns or those traveling with small children.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM via smart lock
• Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp
• Pets: Not allowed
• Guest Limit: Maximum 26 guests; no unregistered visitors
• Quiet Hours: 11 PM - 7 AM
• Restrictions: No parties, large gatherings, or events
• Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside (subject to a $500 fine)
• Maintenance: Please close TV and darts cabinets when not in use and take trash to exterior bins on the driveway
• Access: Guests have access to the entire house except for doors with keypad locks
